Important Notice: Fraudulent Mail Using Boomcycle's Address

If you received a Priority Mail envelope or a check listing Boomcycle Digital Marketing as the return address, please read this notice before taking any action.

Boomcycle did not send you that envelope.

An unknown party is using Boomcycle Digital Marketing's company name and our office address (111 Deerwood Drive, Suite 200, San Ramon, CA 94583) without our authorization as the return address on fraudulent USPS Priority Mail envelopes. We are not the sender. We have no relationship with the addressees. We are an unwitting victim of business identity spoofing.

What you should do

• Do not deposit or cash any check that arrived in mail listing Boomcycle as the sender. Any such check should be considered fraudulent until verified by your bank.
• Contact your bank if you have already deposited a check. Banks can usually identify counterfeit checks within a few business days, and the funds may be reversed without warning.
• Do not send money, gift cards, or wire transfers in response to instructions in the envelope, regardless of what the accompanying letter or check stub says.
• Preserve the envelope and any contents as evidence in case investigators contact you.

What Boomcycle has done

We have reported this matter to the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, the FBI Internet Crime Complaint Center, and the Federal Trade Commission. We are cooperating fully with any investigation and are preserving evidence at our office.
