Privacy Policy for Boomcycle Digital Marketing
Last updated: October 19, 2026
Who this policy covers
This website, boomcycle.com, belongs to DavidVictor.com, Inc., a corporation doing business as Boomcycle Digital Marketing ("Boomcycle"). This policy explains what information the site collects, what Boomcycle does with it, which outside companies handle it, and the choices you have. Our Opt-out Preferences page lists every cookie and tracking tool on the site and lets you change your choice at any time.
1. Information the site collects
-
- What you give us: your name, email address, phone number, business name and website, and your answers, when you fill in one of our forms (contact, intake, question, report or message) or email us.
- Calls: when you call a number shown on this site, our call tracking provider records the number you called from, the time of the call, and which search, ad or page brought you to us.
- Website activity: the pages you view, how you arrived (a search, an ad or a link), and your device and browser. Most of this comes from the optional tools on our Opt-out Preferences page, and only when they're allowed.
- Technical data: your IP address and approximate location (country and state). Our hosting provider uses it to deliver pages, block attacks and decide which cookie choice applies where you are.
Boomcycle doesn't collect payment card numbers on this site.
2. How the information is used
-
- To answer your inquiry and provide the services you ask for.
- To learn which pages, searches and ads bring people to us, so my team can improve the site and our advertising.
- To keep spam and abuse out of our forms.
- To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.
3. Service providers
These companies handle visitor information for Boomcycle or provide parts of the site. Each one handles it under its own privacy policy.
-
- Cloudflare: hosts the site, protects it from attacks, stores form submissions in our database, and runs Turnstile, the spam check on our forms.
- Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Google Workspace: our email, where form submissions and your emails to us arrive.
- Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads: measure site visits and the results of our ads. They load only with your permission where the law requires it.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn: measure the results of our ads on those networks and can show our ads to people who've visited this site. They load only with your permission where the law requires it.
- CHEQ: checks clicks on our ads for fraud.
- Our call tracking provider: connects calls and form submissions to the search or ad that brought you here.
- Google Maps and YouTube: the maps and videos on our pages. Videos load when you click play; maps load when you click them or once you've allowed cookies.
- Google Sites: a small embedded page in our site footer, served by Google. It loads only once you've allowed cookies.
- bunny.net: plays the videos Boomcycle hosts itself. It sets no cookies. Videos load when you click play or once you've allowed cookies.
- Local Marketing Manager: shows the answers on our FAQ page. They load when you click to show them or once you've allowed cookies.
- Our website report tool: the free report form on our Website Report page comes from an outside vendor, which receives the details you enter there. The form loads when you click to show it or once you've allowed cookies.
- Better Business Bureau and itrate: the badges in our footer load from their own sites.
Boomcycle also shares information with law enforcement or government agencies when the law requires it.
4. Selling and sharing
Boomcycle doesn't sell the information you give us in forms, calls or email. Some state privacy laws treat advertising tools like the Meta pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag as "selling" or "sharing" personal information. You can opt out of them at any time with "Your Privacy Choices" at the bottom of every page. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, the site treats it as an opt-out automatically.
5. Your rights
Wherever you live, you can ask Boomcycle to:
-
- Tell you what personal information it holds about you.
- Correct information that's wrong.
- Delete your information.
- Stop any "sale" or "sharing" of it (see section 4).
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, and Boomcycle offers them to everyone. Using them never changes how you're treated. To make a request, email hello@boomcycle.com or call (925) 222-5221. I may ask you to confirm your identity first, and I answer requests within 45 days, as California law requires.
6. Cookies and similar tools
Our Opt-out Preferences page lists them all. If you're in California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, Oregon, Pennsylvania or Washington, or in the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Quebec, the optional tools load only after you click Accept on our cookie banner. Everywhere else they're on by default, and you can turn them off. Simply using the site never counts as your consent.
7. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track
The site honors Global Privacy Control: when your browser sends it, none of the optional tools load. The older "Do Not Track" browser setting has no agreed standard, so the site doesn't respond to it; Global Privacy Control does the same job.
8. How long information is kept
Form submissions and emails are kept as long as they're needed to answer you and to work with you, and deleted when you ask, unless the law requires keeping them. Analytics and advertising providers keep their data under their own retention settings.
9. Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and form submissions are stored in a private database that only Boomcycle can open. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send passwords, card numbers or other sensitive information through our forms.
10. Children
This site is for businesses and isn't meant for children under 13. Boomcycle doesn't knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
